EBC is glamping rather than camping. The tents sit among deodar on the Park Estate side of Mussoorie, well away from Mall Road's noise, and come with en-suite bathrooms and heated blankets — which matters more than it sounds once the sun drops behind the ridge.
The draw is the setting: forest on every side, the George Everest trail starting close by, and evenings built around a fire rather than a television.
