Fixed departures every month, or a private yatra shaped around your dates, your budget and how much walking your elders can manage.
Yatra parchi done for you, hotel at Katra bus stand, ponies or palki arranged at Banganga, and Bhairon Baba the same evening. Helicopter seats held for Navratri.
Shringar darshan at Banke Bihari, Prem Mandir after sunset, Nidhivan, Govardhan parikrama by car or on foot, and Barsana if Radha Ashtami falls in your week.
The full Chota Char Dham by road, with helicopter upgrades for Kedarnath. Oxygen, a doctor on call and rest days built into the itinerary, not sold as an extra.
Vishwanath Corridor darshan, Ganga aarti seats at Dashashwamedh, Sangam snan with a private boat, and Ram Janmabhoomi with slot booking handled in advance.
Two Jyotirlingas and Dwarkadhish in one loop, with Bet Dwarka by ferry and the Somnath evening light-and-sound show. Easy walking throughout.
Special-entry darshan tickets, a room on Tirumala hill itself, laddu prasadam collected for you, and Kanchi Kamakshi on the way back.
Hill stations, beaches & getaways
Half of what we plan is a holiday, not a pilgrimage. Places we send families for a slower week — and most of them have a temple worth the detour anyway. Add a few nights onto a yatra, or travel just for the rest.
Ganga aarti at Parmarth Niketan, Lakshman and Ram Jhula, and the trek up to Neelkanth Mahadev. Ashram stays for those who want the yoga, riverside hotels for those who don't.
Also the road-head for Char Dham — most of our Uttarakhand yatras start here.
The Queen of the Hills — Mall Road, Gun Hill by ropeway, Kempty Falls and Landour's quieter lanes. Gentle on elders: almost everything is reachable without a climb.
Surkanda Devi, a Shakti Peeth, is an hour away with a short ropeway to the top.
Orchards, pine and one of the widest Himalayan views in Kumaon — Nanda Devi and Trishul on a clear morning. Chauli Ki Jaali for the cliff walk, and almost no crowds.
The Mukteshwar Dham Shiva temple sits at the highest point of the village.
The gateway to Jim Corbett. Jeep safaris in Bijrani and Jhirna booked in advance, riverside resorts, and an easy pace for families travelling with grandchildren.
Garjiya Devi temple stands on a rock in the middle of the Kosi — worth a morning.
South Goa for the quiet beaches, North for the markets. We keep our stays on the calmer stretches — Palolem, Betalbatim, Mandrem — rather than the party belt.
Mangueshi and Shantadurga temples inland, and the Old Goa basilicas.
We plan Kausani, Ranikhet, Nainital, Shimla, Kerala and Andaman on the same terms — sattvik food if you want it, and a manager who picks up the phone.

Most operators sell them in random clusters. We follow the traditional sequence — Somnath first, Grishneshwar last — and group them into four trips a family can actually complete. Tap any lingam for the practical details.

ब्रज भूमि · Braj Bhoomi
Eighty-four kos of Krishna's country, and most visitors see three temples and leave by lunch. Our Braj yatras stay two or three nights so you can reach Banke Bihari before the crowd, do the Govardhan parikrama without rushing, and still have an evening free at Prem Mandir.
Travelling for Holi, Janmashtami or Radha Ashtami? Book four to five months out — Barsana and Nandgaon fill first.

The yatra parchi, the RFID card, the locker for your phone, the cloakroom before the cave — every one of these is a queue. Your yatra manager stands in them so your parents don't.
We keep rooms near the Katra bus stand rather than out on the highway, so the walk to Banganga at 4 am is ten minutes, not thirty.

Temple gates, mountain passes and mela dates decide the itinerary — not the other way round. Here's roughly when to travel where.
Rameswaram, Tirupati, Somnath–Dwarka, Gangasagar at Makar Sankranti, Magh Mela at Prayagraj.
Lathmar Holi at Barsana, Chaitra Navratri at Vaishno Devi, Ram Navami at Ayodhya.
Kedarnath and Badrinath kapat open. The best window before the monsoon — book by February.
Kanwar yatra, Shravani Mela at Deoghar, Amarnath darshan, Janmashtami in Vrindavan.
Post-monsoon Himalayan clarity, Sharad Navratri, Radha Ashtami in Barsana, Durga Puja in Bengal.
Dev Deepawali at Varanasi, Kartik Purnima at Pushkar, and the easiest weather for South India.
How we travel
Rooms on the lowest available floor, near the lift, with a western toilet and a grab bar. Confirmed in writing before you pay.
No onion, no garlic, no outside caterers. Jain, diabetic and low-salt plates on request at no extra cost.
At the railway station, the airport and the temple queue. We file the requests so you don't chase anyone.
One yatra manager per group, with your family's WhatsApp numbers, sharing live updates back home.
Oxygen and a doctor on call for Kedarnath, Amarnath and Hemkund. Acclimatisation days are not optional.
Pind daan at Gaya, rudrabhishek at Kashi, mundan, tula daan — verified pandits and a fixed dakshina, told to you upfront.
From our yatris
My mother is 78 and did the whole Kedarnath yatra. The palki was waiting at Gaurikund at the time they said it would be. That never happens.
We did all twelve Jyotirlingas over four years with Humrahi. Same manager on the last trip as the first. He remembered my father's name.
Booked from Toronto for my parents in Delhi. Got photos from Banke Bihari the same morning. Worth every rupee for the peace of mind.
Plan your yatra
Send this and a planner calls you within one working day — in Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali or Tamil, whichever is easier.
No advance needed to get an itinerary. We only take a booking amount once you approve it.
Before you book
Yes. The helicopter to Sanjhichhat leaves about a 2.5 km descent to the Bhawan, and a battery car covers most of that. Palki carriers are available for the full route if flying isn't an option. Tell us their walking limit and we'll pick the combination.
By February for a May–June yatra. Kedarnath registration, helicopter slots and the good stays at Guptkashi and Badrinath all go early. September–October departures can be booked around July.
It can be done in about 16 days, but we usually advise against it — the pace is punishing for older travellers. Our four regional groupings cover them comfortably across separate trips, and most families finish over two to four years.
Always, and always sattvik — no onion or garlic in any kitchen we use. Jain, diabetic, low-salt and gluten-free plates are arranged at no extra charge if you tell us at booking.
Yes — at Gaya, Kashi, Trimbakeshwar, Haridwar and Prayagraj among others. We work with the same set of verified pandits, and the dakshina is agreed and shared with you in writing beforehand. No surprises at the ghat.
Himalayan routes close for weather, and darshan timings change for festivals and VIP movement. We rework the day and cover the alternate stay ourselves. If a whole dham becomes unreachable, that portion is refunded per the terms shared at booking.
Regularly — bhajan mandals, senior citizen groups, family reunions of forty or more. Own bus, own cook if you prefer, and a dedicated coordinator. Ask for the group rate sheet.
